Employee AI agent security. Every assistant answers to the person using it.
Your teams already hand AI assistants their inbox, files and CRM. Hawcx makes sure each one acts only as its person, and asks before anything sensitive.
AI agent authentication
Sofia Marin, in finance operations at Brightline Logistics, asks her finance assistant to close out September’s unpaid invoices. Hawcx checks each step before it runs: finding 41 unpaid invoices and sending reminders to 23 customers are allowed; a $4,200 credit note is over $1,000, so it waits for Daniel Park, the controller, who approves it; voiding an invoice is not something the assistant may do, so it is rejected.
Hawcx for employee AI agents
Let your teams use AI assistants. And see what each one does.
Assistants now read mail, edit files and update records for your people. Hawcx answers three questions about every one of them.
Who is it working for?
Each assistant acts as the employee using it. Never as a shared account.
What is it allowed to do?
You set the limits. Anything sensitive waits for a person to say yes.
What did it actually do?
Every attempt is on the record, with the assistant and its person.
An assistant for every part of the day. Each step checked before it runs.
Follow Sofia’s assistants through a normal day in finance at Brightline Logistics.
-
It books meetings and drafts replies. Anything sent outside the company with a file waits for Sofia.
-
It updates the month-end pack. The board’s private folder stays off limits.
-
It logs calls and updates accounts, and the record shows it acted for Sofia.
-
It takes notes and turns them into follow-ups for the team.
-
It adds receipts to her report. It can’t approve her own expenses.
One place for every assistant.See them all. Pause any one.
What Sofia sees in Hawcx. Your security team sees every employee’s.
-
Her assistants act as her from then on. They never hold her password.
-
Even when she asks, an assistant stays inside its limits.
-
Every attempt is recorded. Any assistant can be paused in one click.

Nobody learns a new tool. Assistants keep working, and the checks happen around them.
Nothing new to sign in to
Assistants start from the employee’s usual sign-in: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Hawcx passwordless.

Access is granted one step at a time and expires with it, so there’s nothing to leak.
Any assistant, any model
Hawcx checks what an assistant does, not which model it runs on.

Talk to salesEmployee AI agent questions, answered
How do you secure the AI agents your employees use?
Give each assistant the identity of the person using it, check every step before it runs, and have a person approve anything sensitive. Hawcx does all three, and records every attempt with the assistant and the employee it acted for.
Can an employee’s AI assistant do more than the employee can?
No. An assistant never gets more access than the person it works for, and you can narrow it further. If it tries something outside its limits, the step is stopped before it runs, even if the employee asked for it.
Does the assistant hold the employee’s password or tokens?
No. The assistant works from the employee’s sign-in, but it never holds their password or long-lived keys. Hawcx grants access one step at a time, and that access expires when the step is done.
Can a prompt injection push an assistant past its limits?
It can trick the model, but not the check. Hawcx looks at what the assistant is about to do, outside the model, so injected text can’t take it past its limits. Hawcx doesn’t try to spot the injection itself.
Does Hawcx work with the AI assistants employees already use?
Hawcx checks the actions an assistant takes, not the model behind it, so the model provider doesn’t matter. Which assistants connect today, and how, is something we’ll walk you through in a demo.
Do we have to replace Okta or Microsoft Entra ID?
No. Your people keep signing in the way they do today, with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Hawcx passwordless. Each assistant’s identity starts from that sign-in. Hawcx works alongside your identity provider.
